Summer Prices

Listed below is a table of rates for the self catering apartments. The rates are based on 7 nights per week from Saturday to Friday inclusive and are per apartment per night. Linen and towels are included.

Studio Apartment

High Season 70 – 80 Euros per night
Low Season 60 Euros per night

One Bedroom Apartment

Dates Apartment for 4 to 6 people
High Season 90 – 100 Euros per night
Low Season 80 Euros per night

Two Bedroom Apartment

Dates Apartment for 4 to 6 people
High Season 110 – 120 Euros per night
Low Season 100 Euros per night

High Season Dates: 25.6.2022 – 26.8.2022
Low Season Dates: 23.04.2022 – 24.06.2022, 27.08.2022 – 28.10.2022

A one off cleaning charge of 50 Euros for the Two Bedroom Apartment and One Bedroom Apartment and 40 Euros for the Studio is payable at the end of your stay.
Tourist tax is chargeable at 2.05 euros per adult per night.
VAT is included.

Welcome Pack

A welcome pack is available if required and is advisable if arriving after 5.00pm on Saturday as the shops in Filzmoos close.
This comprises: Cereals, milk, bread, butter, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, eggs, and cold meats and costs 25 Euros.

Holiday Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges apply:

  1. Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before arrival date – Deposit only.
  2. Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival date – 75% of total holiday cost
  3. Cancellation received less than 4 weeks before arrival date – 100% of total holiday cost
