Apartment Rates

Listed below is a table of rates for the self catering apartments.  The rates are based on 7 nights per week from Saturday to Friday inclusive and are per apartment per night. 
Linen and towels are included.

High Season Dates:            25 June 2011 to 2 September 2011 inclusive

Low Season Dates:            All other dates

A one off cleaning charge of 40 Euros for the Two Bedroom Apartment and 30 Euros for the Studio and One Bedroom Apartment is payable at the end of your stay.

Tourist tax is chargeable at 1.15 euros per adult per night

VAT is included

Welcome Pack

A welcome pack is available if required and is advisable if arriving after 5.00pm on Saturday as  the shops in Filzmoos close.

This comprises:  Cereals, milk, bread, butter, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, eggs, and cold meats and costs 25 Euros.

Holiday Cancellation Policy.

The following cancellation charges apply:

1. Cancellation received more than 8 weeks before arrival date - Deposit only.

2. Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival date - 75% of total holiday cost

3. Cancellation received less than 4 weeks before arrival date - 100% of total holiday cost
